“I believe that avoiding living in a bubble is crucial. It’s critical to embrace reality in general, not just Heeramandi, he counseled Segal.
Suman went on, “Knowing who you are and whether you have what it takes to fight for the next 15 to 20 years is really important.” It’s crucial that you don’t tell yourself lies.
“If she is receiving criticism for her performance, she ought to approach individuals and engage in conversation. He advised, “The audiences are quite understanding; if they think you’ve worked hard, they’ll give you another chance.
For those who don’t know, Segal is Bhansali’s niece. She was called the worst member of the ensemble cast of the show, and fans questioned why the seasoned director gave her the crucial role of Alamzeb in “Heeramandi” only because of her relationship with him.
In the meantime, Netflix is now offering the first season of Bhansali’s eagerly anticipated web series “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar,” which tells the tales of courtesans who lived in Lahore’s red-light district prior to India’s independence.
Viewers and critics alike had conflicting opinions about the eight-episode series, which co-starred Segal and starred Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, and Sanjeeda Sheikh in major parts. Other cast members were Farida Jalal, Fardeen Khan, Shekhar and Adhyayan Suman, and Taha Shah.
