In an Instagram teaser, Amazon Prime Video posted a picture of Pathak, who plays JP Yadav in Mirzapur, responding, “August 22, 2024,” when asked when the program would be released, without revealing its title.
When the question is asked again, Pramod Pathak responds, “Like ke lel ko, politician ka wada raha,” restating that the date is August 22.
Many pointed out that the actor was, in fact, referring to Mirzapur’s third season.
It is important to note that the much awaited show was originally scheduled to premiere in June. However, fans are speculating in the most recent advertisement that the show’s release date has been moved to August of this year.

When the first Mirzapur was published in November 2018, the public quickly became interested in it. Later, in October 2020, the second season of the program debuted.
Ali Fazal starred as Guddu, while Pankaj Tripathi played the part of Kaleen Bhaiya and Divyendu as his son Munna Tripathi. Previously, Fazal made a significant clue regarding a relationship between Panchayat 3 and Mirzapur 3. In a remark on X, a fan mentioned Fazal and stated that he just wanted to view Mirzapur 3 and would like to skip Panchayat 3.
“Doesn’t Panchaayat have any problems at all? (Is it acceptable if I don’t watch Panchaayat?) Actually, I’m waiting for Mirzapur,” he wrote. But the fans were more interested in the actor’s response. In response to the post, Ali Fazal remarked, “Watch Panchayat; it contains a major spoiler for Mirzapur Season 3.”
