More than 12,000 police officers and constables will be stationed throughout the city to provide security, according to a police spokesperson.
The spokesperson stated that 3,525 officers and staff will be stationed in the West Zone, 3,656 in the South Zone, and 5,600 cops in the East Zone will be on duty.
Furthermore, 2,170 officers will be stationed at locations where sacrificial skins are collected.

To maintain a smooth flow of traffic throughout the city, traffic police officers will also be on duty in the vicinity of the bustling marketplaces and on the roadways.
