According to an Indian media site, Ajmer District Bar Association President Chandrabhan Singh Rathod filed a lawsuit against the film’s production, claiming that its content compromised the integrity of the legal system.
The petitioner wanted to halt the movie’s filming, so the court scheduled a hearing for May 7.
Rathod nominated Jolly LLB 3’s director, producer, and actors on the grounds that they made fun of judges and attorneys.
Speaking with an Indian media outlet, Chandrabhan Singh Rathod claimed that after seeing the first two Jolly LLB films, he filed a lawsuit against the filmmakers and performers.

He said that the actors in the movie showed no care for the judges’ dignity or the reputation and standing of the judiciary.
It is important to note that Arshad Warsi starred in the first half of Jolly LLB, while Akshay Kumar starred in the second. Earlier, Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar both posted on social media to declare the start of Jolly LLB 3 filming.
Rathod, meantime, brought up a few sequences from the previous films that, in his opinion, denigrated the legal system and attorneys.
The judge eating “gutkha,” kicking attorneys, chasing them with sticks, and financial transactions, he claimed, were all examples of how the legal system and attorneys were being degraded.
