In a brief ruling on the appeal, a two-member ECP court affirmed that Ali Amin Gandapur had not disclosed his assets to the election monitor.
It was argued in the petition that 735 kanals of land in Dera Ismail Khan had been illegally transferred into Ali Amin Gandapur’s name.
The chief minister KP is ineligible to hold public office, according to the disqualification petition. The appeal said that Ali Amin Gandapur ought to be removed from office and disqualified for making a false statement while serving as a member of the KP Assembly.

A session court on Thursday, March 7, overturned a trial court decision that had proclaimed Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), to be fugitive in a liquor case.
Details reveal that the appeal submitted by Raja Zahoor ul Hasan, the attorney for Gandapur, was heard by session judge Shahrukh Arjumand.
Following the conclusion of the attorneys’ arguments, the court ruled that the trial court’s decision was invalid. The motion further requested that CM Ali Amin Gandapur be excused from court due to his administrative obligations.
