At that point, the likelihood of rain dramatically decreases to 50% during the match, which is set to start at 6:30 p.m. local time.
While the temperature is predicted to range from 13 to 14 degrees Celsius, the humidity level is predicted to reach up to 94%.
The increased humidity will make it more difficult for bowlers to grip the ball and will also be dangerous for fielders if the play starts.
Furthermore, such high moisture leads to a damp and unpredictable pitch which may cause additional difficulties for both batters and bowlers.

Notably, Pakistan and England won the first Twenty20 International of their four-match series without bowling a ball, and on Saturday, the host team won the second match in Birmingham.
With two games remaining, the host team has a 1-0 lead in the four-game series.
