The Punjabi education department has announced that all public and private schools will be closed from June 1 to August 14, 2024, in observance of summer break.
The notification said, “All public and private schools throughout Punjab shall remain closed for summer vacation from Saturday, June 1, 2024, to Wednesday, August 14, 2024.”

“All schools in the province shall reopen with effect from Thursday, August 15, 2024,” it continued.
Summer breaks for kids were previously declared by the Education Department of Balochistan.
Meanwhile, because of the growing possibility of heatwaves, federally-run educational institutions’ schedules have been adjusted.
