According to the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), the reason behind these arrests was the identification of terrorists who had already been detained.
During the raid, the police officers took explosives, grenades, and guns out of the apprehended suspects’ possession.
Two RAW-affiliated terrorists from Karachi’s Korangi neighborhood, Khawar and Jabir, were captured by the police earlier this month.

Sheikh Muhammad Ayub and Ahsan Raza were recognized and taken into custody from the Korangi locality after the suspects were questioned.
SSP Korangi stated that since 1998, the detained people have been disguising their real identities while working as spies for the Indian intelligence organization.
The defendants admitted under questioning that they carried out targeted murders at the behest of the Indian intelligence organization, RAW.
The ongoing investigation seeks to dismantle the network of operatives working on behalf of foreign agencies within Karachi.
