The production company Manikarnika Films of Kangana Ranaut said on Wednesday that the much awaited Bollywood film “Emergency,” which had previously been rescheduled from its planned release date of November 2023 to June 14, 2024, has been postponed once again.

The production company’s staff posted a comment on Instagram stating, “Our hearts are filled with love filled with love pouring in for our queen Kangana Ranaut.” The much-anticipated film “Emergency” has been delayed as she puts her devotion to serving the country and her duty to the country first.

But as of yet, no new date has been confirmed. We’ll keep you informed as soon as we get a revised release date. We appreciate your ongoing help,” the group continued.

It is noteworthy to mention that Ranaut is running from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. She submitted her nomination earlier this week and is working hard to get the word out for the polls.

Ranaut is both the director and producer of “Emergency,” in which she also plays the primary role of Indira Gandhi, a former Indian prime minister.

The historical biopic, which was co-written by her and Ritesh Shah, also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, and the late actor Satish Kaushik.
