During her recent trip to Mexico for the second screening of her new film “Atlas,” actor-singer Jennifer Lopez addressed the relevant subject amid rumors surrounding the high-profile couple’s divorce, Bennifer.
A media reporter questioned JLo about the divorce rumors while she was at the premiere on Wednesday sans her spouse. The “Jenny on the Block” singer gave a fleeting smile in response to the awkward question before cutting the reporter off with, “You know better than that.”
It is important to remember that Affleck and Lopez had been living apart when he was seen leaving a Brentwood, Los Angeles home, which sparked rumors about their breakup. The couple was spotted together earlier this week at a Seraphina performance, which helped to put an end to the rumors.
An insider, however, stated that Affleck believes his marriage to Lopez is finished because he has finally “come to his senses,” which fueled the craze even more. The source asserted, “If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” adding that he had felt like he was living a “fever dream” over the previous two years.

Notably, 20 years after first meeting, Lopez and Affleck, who had previously dated and were engaged from 2002 to 2004, revived their affair in 2021. In April 2022, the couple declared their engagement, and in July of the same year, they exchanged vows.
The children from their prior marriages are raised jointly by both superstars. With her ex-husband, musician Marc Anthony, the singer has twins named Max and Emme. Meanwhile, actor Affleck is the father of three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, from his divorce with Jennifer Garner.
