Mohammad Saleh Pahore and Abdul Hameed Pahore, two watchmen at a fish farm in Faizoo Laro, near Khanpur, were kidnapped by a group of bandits. Two watchmen from the fish farm were abducted by the dacoits.
With this latest kidnapping occurrence, the total number of kidnapped individuals has increased to 10.
At the Faizoo halt on the Indus Highway, captive families organized a protest sit-in against kidnappings. Demonstrators halted traffic on the route by setting tires on fire.
Following the demonstration and roadblock, long lines of cars were seen on both sides of the road.
The local population’s quality of life has been severely affected by the numerous kidnappings and other crimes committed by different bandit organizations operating in the katcha area.

Despite grandiose assertions, the police department and authorities have not been able to bring an end to local criminals.
According to police statements, the authorities are using contemporary technology to investigate crimes and are tracking the two hostages’ mobile number and whereabouts.
They declared that the search has begun and that a large police contingent was involved in the search operation in the Katcha area. Police declared, “With God’s grace, the hostages will soon be freed and given to their families.”
