The audio recording was discovered on Gupta’s phone, which was taken upon his arrest from Bhuj, Gujarat, along with the second gunman, Sagar Pal, according to sources in the crime branch. In the event of an arrest, he is heard pleading with Anmol to look after him and his family.

The news outlet quoted an official when it stated, “The accused can be heard pleading with Bishnoi to look after them and their family in the event of an arrest on the audio tape. They don’t appear to be involved in any illegal activities prior to this episode, which suggests they are afraid.

Furthermore, according to the officials, it is becoming more difficult for the authorities to connect the case to the Bishnoi brothers as a result of the death of Anuj Thapan, one of the case’s arms suppliers, who passed away last week while in police custody.
