The season will begin with the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) Brazil, scheduled to take place in São Paulo from March to April. Sixteen teams will compete for a share of the US$500,000 prize pool.
The 2024 PMGO Brazil tournament will consist of three primary stages: open qualifiers running from March 4th to 30th, Prelims from April 1st to 3rd, and the Main Event from April 5th to 7th.
The total prize pool of US$500,000 will be distributed across all three stages. Participation rewards of US$84,000 and US$80,000 will be allocated for the open qualifiers and Prelims, respectively, while US$356,000 will be contested during the main event.
Open qualifiers will be accessible to all interested teams, with the top 32 performing squads earning invites to the Offline Qualifier Finals in Brazil from March 28th to 30th. Teams with the highest scores from the qualifiers will progress to the Prelims.
During the PMGO Prelims, qualifier teams will compete against eight directly-invited Partnership Program teams for a chance to be among the eight squads advancing to the Main Event in São Paulo, where eight more directly-invited teams will await.
The PMGO Main Event will feature six daily matches across popular maps such as Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok, with the team achieving the highest score crowned as the 2024 PMGO Brazil champions.
