Police Apprehend Thieves with Stolen PTCL Underground Cables

During a raid, a police team led by DSP Frere Chaudhry Shahid apprehended ten suspects and seized stolen cable valued at Rs 2.5 million. In addition, a truck and tractor were retrieved by police officers. SSP Karachi South Sajid Saddozai stated, “Among the arrested accused were three in-service PTCL employees as well.” According to SSP Saddozai, “the men were stealing PTCL cable near the St. Anthony church and had loaded the cable at a small truck.”
