With the success of “Fighter,” Hrithik Roshan has teamed up with filmmaker Ayan Mukerji to begin filming “War 2,” a Yash Raj Films production. The Bollywood actor is shown in the first images from the Mumbai set that are going viral on social media with several bruises and blood all over his face and body.
The fans are eager to see Roshan repeat his Major Kabir Dhaliwal role after seeing the leaked photos, which are purportedly from the filming of an action-packed scene.
“He is shooting for his entry sequence and it’s an action-packed stint,” the insiders said. Hrithik has only given War 2 55 to 60 days to shoot, with the majority of the movie taking place in Mumbai studios.

It is important to remember that the first “War” film, which starred Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan, was released in 2019. The third movie in YRF’s expansive espionage universe was directed by Siddharth Anand (of “Pathaan” and “Fighter” fame).
The sixth movie in the universe, directed by Ayan Mukerji (of “Brahmastra”), is a sequel that picks up where Salman Khan left off in his upcoming film “Tiger 3.” It also sets the plot for further spy universe projects, such as the much-discussed “Tiger vs. Pathaan.”
