Six attackers riding three motorcycles targeted a car outside Guru Mandir on Thursday, killing two brothers and injuring several others. Dunya News reported from this location.
Speaking to the media, Jamshaid Town SP stated that the double homicide was the result of long-standing animosity and that the attack happened while the five brothers were being driven to court.
Wajid Aurangzeb and Shan Aurangzeb were named as the deceased.
Their fifth brother managed to escape unharmed, but their two injured brothers were admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
When the remains were moved to the hospital, a group of cops rushed to the area and began their investigation.

A video showing six persons targeting a car has gone viral. According to police, 17 shells have been found at the crime scene.
Police have launched a manhunt for the arrest of the killers with help of CCTV footage in which assailants could be indentified easily.
