The Airport Security Force (ASF) at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport prevented a drug smuggling attempt.
Four kilograms of ICE heroin were found hidden in milk packets carried by a foreign national, Shin Shin Yang.The suspect was traveling to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The ASF handed the suspect over to Anti-Narcotics Force authorities after a preliminary probe.
The ASF reportedly found 4 kg of ICE heroin in the custody of Shin Shin Yang, a foreign person who had shrewdly concealed the drugs within milk cartons.
The ASF spokeswoman said that the passenger traveling to Colombo had drugs in his possession when the security at the Lahore airport examined his bags.

Following a preliminary investigation, the ASF turned over the foreign suspect to ANF officials along with the confiscated heroin.
