Death Toll from Hyderabad Gas Blast Climbs to 10

The explosion happened in the LPG cylinder filling store in UC-8 of Neerunkot town. It is situated on the ground floor of the Zacha Bacha Hospital area along Mir Nabi Bux Town Road. After an additional injured person passed away at Karachi’s Civil Hospital, the number of fatalities climbed to ten. At least sixty individuals—the most of them children—were burned severely and required to be transported to Karachi after receiving emergency care at the Liaquat University Hospital (LUH). About 18–22 wounded people with 80–90% burns were sent to a renowned Karachi hospital.

Azam,7, son of Rais, Bilal,11, son of Asif, Azam,9, son of Shakir, Hasnain,7, son of Rasheed, Ali Raza,2, son of Bilal, Abdul Hadi,14, son of Asghar, Zulfiqar, son of Mohammad Umer, Akram Shah,38, son of Qurban Shah, Raeesudin,35, son of Alamuddin, Ali, son of Zeeshan, Akram,50, son of Waseem, Abbas, Dodo25, and Faizan,40, son of Ishaq are among those who were relocated to Karachi, according to the LUH record.

Syed Murad Ali, the chief minister of Sindh, visited Burns Ward with ministers and asked about the injured people’s condition.
