According to a CTD official, Uzair Shah, the apprehended suspect, is a prominent member of the Sindhi Militant group (SRA), which is purportedly responsible for target killings in the province and was sought for in connection with many other terrorist occurrences.
The primary accomplice of the terrorists who were apprehended was previously given a 14-year jail term by the court when the CTD authorities apprehended the wanted terrorist close to a society at Jamshoro Sindh University.

Dr. Abdur Rehman, the head of the polio unit, was killed by the apprehended target murderers who had ties to the outlawed TTP, according to information obtained.
The terrorists admitted to murdering top tribal elders, according to a CTD spokesman. After conducting an operation, the CTD apprehended the terrorists and found guns and hand grenades in their possession.
